Welcome to the Ranch.

What do those vulnerabiities have to do with Android? Android does not use the JDK.

If you want to update your desktop JDK to a newer version, you can get it from https://adoptopenjdk.net/, or from https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/javase-jdk8-downloads.html if you want the Oracle JDK.

Welcome to the Ranch

8u144 is an old version of Java®; The most recent version of Java8, which you can download here, and quite a lot of other places, is 8u251. I suggest you try updating to that version.
