Hi,
I am using MQSeries Integrator V2, and the application database is Oracle 8i. DB2 of course is used to MQSI configuration etc.
Im using MQSI for the first time, and I have to extract data out of a message and insert it into some tables in the Oracle 8i database in a database node.
ESQL looks fairly simple at the first look, but are there any special configurations that I need to do to connect to Oracle in the database node? What driver can be used - does it have to be ODBC, or does MQSI support the thin driver?
thanx...

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
