In my eclipse project i want to export a image using jfilechooser. When my project builds and run nothing happens when I hit the export image. When I build and run my code using terminal. The code compiles but does not export anything. I saw online I need to do something with the permission on my mac. Can anyone share more info on this?

Nothing happens?

So you aren't getting any error messages? Or maybe your code doesn't tell you about them?

Or maybe your code writes the images to one folder and you're looking in a different folder?

Details are important in programming. You haven't given us any. So the idea of fiddling with permissions isn't based on any information -- although I wouldn't think it would be difficult to change the permissions anyway. Did you try that?

So show us the code. And show us the error messages, if there are any.
