Hi All,
Can anyone suggest which is the best tool for testing the performance monitoring of the applications deployed in WebSphere?

If you are using WAS 4.0 and higher, it comes with Resource Analyzer that goves a good overview of the health and performance of the application.
I have used Introscope with WAS 3.5 and have found that to be very useful. It is very graphical and the user interface is very well designed...the information is presented very well...if that matters to you.

Can use profiling tools in WSAD 4/5 to point to remote instance of WS for more detailed analysis than RA allows.

Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
