My name is Ken Youens-Clark, and soon I'll be here to discuss my new book, Tiny Python Projects. I try to teach not only the syntax and power of Python but also best coding practices like using tests (with pytest), formatting your code (with yapf or black), using linters to find mistakes (like pylint and flake8), and finally by introducing type hints and using static analysis tools (like mypy) to find mistakes. I've recorded videos for each chapter that you can find on YouTube, and all the code and tests are available on my GitHub account. Everything is linked from http://tinypythonprojects.com/. Drop me a line if you have any questions!

Good to see you here Welcome.

Please don't tell us too many details of the book yet; we leave that for the week of the promo
