When should one used Strom or Flink as cluster computing system for realtime data instead of Spark ?

Apache Spark is the widely used cluster computing system for processing realtime data.It is preferred over hadoop map reduce as it is faster due to in memory processing.There are other cluster computing systems too like Apache Flink and Strom.When should Flink/Strom be used in place of Spark for processing realtime data.?
