Hi Thushan,

Congratulations on your new book release! I have recently started my journey in Data Science, and using TensorFlow for most of the tasks. I refer to online blogs or youtube videos while building the desired Deep Neural Network models.

Sometime people use Sequential APIs and adding the desired layers one by one (which I use all the time). However, I have seen some blogs where people used Functional APIs for building the same Structure of Neural Network. So, I was a little confused on when should we use Functional API and when Sequential API? Is it worth it getting familiar with Functional API although we can achieve the same task with Sequential?

I hope that I can find the solution for my question after reading your new book. So, looking forward for getting a copy for your book soon.

Thanks,
Rachit
