Hi folks,
Firstly, I'm not a recruiter. I'm a tech guy who has been in the industry for 20 years and have a history of building awesome teams all over the world.
I've been asked to build a new army of
Java developers located in Ontario, Canada. The details are sketchy right now but the basic concept is to have the team members work from home and be physically located anywhere in Ontario, Canada (and maybe Manitoba if you are extra awesome).
We will possibly have an office in Mississauga for those who love to sit in traffic 4 hours per day 5 days per week. We will also have computers available although I have no idea if they are any good.
The army will be about 20 people, most likely grouped into teams of 5 or 7 which means this is an opportunity for you to work with folks you love and respect if you like to BYODs.
If this seems like something you would be totally into, then let me know in this discussion, and I will keep you posted with more information as I get it myself in a few days.
