I am new to Pivotal Cloud Foundry and I need to play with PCF. I understand Pivotal Web Service (PWS) reached EOL and no more new registration accepted for it. I came to know we can install PCF DEV in our local machine to play with PCF. PCF DEV requires Hyper-V - Virtualization enabled in the BIOS. I am currently using Windows 10 Home Edition which is not supporting virtualization to enable Hyper-V.

Hence, I have installed Oracle VM VirtualBox 6.1 and downloaded Windows 10 Enterprise Virtual box image and brought up Windows 10 Enterprise as GUEST OS. I am able to enable the Hyper-V in the Windows 10 Enterprise edition. Then, I have started to install the pre-requisite for PCF DEV installation from below URL. https://tanzu.vmware.com/tutorials/getting-started/local/install-pivotal-dev

1. CF CLI installation
2. CF DEV package for windows downloaded When I am tryin to start the PCF DEV "cf dev start -f pcfdev-v1.3.1-windows.tgz", after 10-15 minutes I am getting the error as Hyper-V has not started.
I have tried with all the below option to make sure Hyper V is started. Even in the Windows settings, turn on additional feature in the GUEST OS< I have enabled the Hyper V. Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V -All -Verbose Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Containers -All -Verbose bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype Auto net stop vmms net start vmms

Need your expert advice, whether it is possible to bring up PCF DEV in the Virtual Box - Guest OS - Windows 10 enterprise? or anything I am doing wrongly here? Please advice.
