Hello everyone,

First I want to say : Happy late new year, wish your dreams come true.

I've read from some website if build wordpress theme also profitable,

but which more profitable and can make money fast (I don't expect lot but fast)

1. building wordpress theme and then sell it into some vendors such creative market or etc
2. building android apps and then get income from ads such admobs / etc

from options on above please choose which profitable from all sides OR maybe if you have some suggestions do not hesitate to tell me.

Please help me to decide.

Fast? Neither. I doubt people make enough money from WP themes to make it worth their while. And while it's relatively easy to put out an Android app that includes ads, it's much harder to get enough people to use it to make that worth your while.
