Ahh sorry if you're looking for a Python algorithms book, then this isn't it. I wanted to use C here to get at the low-level mechanics for some of the data structures that I wanted to cover. You could convert the code to Python (treating it like pseudocode), which I think would really solidify understanding. But no, direct Python code isn't here.
