Interesting book! Where do I find the ToC? The Amazon link seems not to have it,

How is this book different from the Grokking Algorithms one?

Hi Joe,

Thank you for writing!

Grokking Algorithms is a neat book. It covers some of the same ground as I do, but uses Python rather than C. I used C to help me explore the guts of these data structures that are more hidden in Python.

My book also uses programming competition/contest problems, rather than classical problems, so hopefully you haven't seen any of the problems in my book before

Each book also covers some topics that the other doesn't. e.g. I cover segment trees, heaps, and union-find. And I can't get enough of cool uses of binary search, so I have a whole chapter on that. Binary search! For real... does way more than search a sorted array, promise!

Hi,

Just checked, ToC and first chapter, it's very nice and examples are challenging. For experieced programmer language is good to visualize and understand, we can simplify this for newbies. It's really good book for all who want to understand DS and algo with programming. Get ready for interview too
Thanks once again.

Regards,
Chetan

Thank you! There's a lot of interview-relevant stuff here but I hadn't thought of it as an interview prep book!
