Wordpress is written in PHP and Wordpress plugins have to be designed to work in that environment. As far as I know, the closest thing to mobile support Wordpress has is that you can visit Wordpress websites using a mobile device browser. I'd forget about Wordpress.
There are, however, lots of ways of getting "something" from one "address" to another. Those terms are way too broad to mean anything. They could mean email, web service requests, Message Queue requests, general network packets and more. Without something specific, there's nothing we can offer.
Some people, when well-known sources tell them that fire will burn them, don't put their hands in the fire.
Some people, being skeptical, will put their hands in the fire, get burned, and learn not to put their hands in the fire.
And some people, believing that they know better than well-known sources, will claim it's a lie, put their hands in the fire, and continue to scream it's a lie even as their hands burn down to charred stumps.
