This project get the best from...

Trove
HPPC
HPPC-RT
fastutil
Koloboke

...add new features, unsigned and nullable primitive types.

First and foremost, I was interested in performance and memory efficiency.
The compatibility with the existing Java Collections API was the last thing I was interested in.
Moreover, this is impossible in the primitive's realm.

Please explain more about the project and how you could use unsigned numbers.

Please ask more specific questions. Some information is available via the provided link.

Unsigned numbers especially meaningful in a collections case
for example, UByteList stores its values in internal bytes array but with external world operates with chars in range 0...255

UIntList stores its data in ints array but operates with values long type in range 0L...0xFFFFFFFFL
UShortList is just a shell,  CharList wrapper.
as the ULongList is just the LongList wrapper, with some helper functions in ULong to convert long in "real ulong" - BigInteger
