Hi,
Our application not accessible hosted in tomcat, we don't see any errors in the logs. This issue continuing evey 15 to 20 days. It's resolving only after the server(linux) reboot.
Can someone help me to fix the issue permanently.
We also restarted tomcat , but still the same issue.

TIA

regards,
Vijay.

Welcome to the Ranch, Vijay!

When you say "Not accessible hosted in Tomcat", what exactly do you mean? Are users getting a "404 Resource Not Found" page, or is it something different?

Abd are you really saying that restarting Tomcat doesn't help, but rebooting the whole machine does? Because it's probably not Tomcat, if that's the problem.

Thanks TIM,

We have hosted our application  on Apache Tomcat 8.5.12 version..
We are getting  this every 15 to 20days of usage., No logs written in catalina.out.

Please note that We have not set the heap size, now we increased heap size to 2gb max &1 gb min.

And also favicon.ico is appending to the url, every alternate login..

Kindly help me on how to restore the issue permanently.

Regards
Vijay
