The first sentence, under the section titled Submitting Task Collections on page 856, starts as follows: "The last two methods listed in Table 18.2 ...." However, this sentence should start as follows, instead: "The last two methods listed in Table 18.1 ...."

Agreed. This is already listed in the errata. (It had a typo in the page # it was listed under which I've just fixed)

This erratum is still listed on the wrong page. The erratum is on page 856, not page 859. (I provide this information since you said that you have fixed the typo in the page # on which the erratum was listed under.)
