Dear all,
We have WebSphere Application Server Release 5.0 on which I'd like to deploy an Axis based Web Service packaged as a WAR file. Not having much
success, I downloded the 60 days trial WAS 5.1 and everything works fine.
Since it might take a while before we move to WAS 5.1, can somebody tell me if it is at possible to deploy an Axis based Web Service packaged as a WAR file on WAS 5.0 ?
Many thanks in advance
Ambrose

Why do you want to deploy Axis? WAS 5.02 (free upgrade from WAS 5.0) includes a fully capable Web Services engine (based on Axis) inside it.
