Tomcat gets in loops while starting application

Hello I have 20 wars uploaded on Tomcat it takes 30 minute to startup Tomcat it deploy wars in loop then after 30-35 min later it get started how I can avoid it?
Using Tomcat 8.5
Java 8 ( jdk 1.8)
Please suggest some fix

That means that on average it takes more than a minute to deploy each webapp. I'd look at the webapps code to see how they could prepare themselves faster.

But 20 WARs in a single Tomcat instance does seem excessive. If any of those WARs causes trouble, it can drag down the other 19. Plus they're all competing for memory space.

I'd recommend running more than one copy of Tomcat and spreading them around. You can use a reverse-proxy server such as Apache or Nginx to make it appear that they still live in the same location while actually balancing the load (plus run non-Java apps, if you like).
