I'm moving this to IBM/WebSphere where it can receive more specialized attention...

This error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: business/TCETopicsReader
is the result of the JVM not finding the class business.TCETopicsReader in the classpath. Your program should not have compiled, as WSAD uses the same classpath to compile and run. I usually use the Package View in WSAD, and to set up the classpath one would left-click on the package name, click on "Properties" and in the Properties Editor, click on "Java Build Path" to get a tabbed editor for configuring the classpath. WSAD also has excellent help. A search of WSAD for "classpath" returns a couple hundred results.
