Hi

Trying to get Netbeans to connect to GitHub. Never used GitHub before. Is it a requirement to connect with SSH? Or should it work with HTTPS and password? When I try to connect with HTTPS it's saying the credentials are wrong, but I have checked and double checked everything and cannot find a problem.

Any help appreciated.
Toni.

GitHub is in the process of changing its authentication and authorization systems.

I'm not totally certain, but I think that they're removing authentication via password as being too insecure.

I don't think it's that because GitHub Desktop works and that uses HTTPS. So I can create a project with Netbeans, then use GitHub Desktop to add it, and then Publish it. So I think it's something with Netbeans but I can't find any info.
