Websphere Application Server 5.0 and Axis 1.1

I am new to Websphere. Need to integrate Axis 1.1 with WAS 5.0 and I have created a war file of axis(from web-apps directory). When I tried to install this as a new application in WAS 5.0, I got this error. Please help me ASAP and thank you so much.
