need some help to understand WLST

hi guys,

I have been trying to reset my password in BEA weblogic 10.36 for the last few hours without avail.

Now, there is this site :

now, when i look at the wlst.cmd which I have in my server I am all blurred be'cos till now I still don't understand these batch commands and I am being viewed as lousy by my colleagues etc.

I hope someone can advise me how do i fit in the commands as suggested by that URL to this script here.
