Hi there!

I currently train for OCP 809 exam.

What are the differences to the 829 exam, meaning what topics were added, what topics were abandoned?

Can I take an upgrade exam to 829 when I achieved 809?

There is no upgrade exam, so you can take the 1Z0-829 exam anytime you want!  As far as the changes in material... read our book to find out?  Seriously, there's too many changes between Java 8 and 17 to list in a thread, but there's a lot of new material (and changes to the exam content) that you'll want to study for the Java 17 exam.
