When you buy a exam subscription from the oracle Website, you will receive an E-Mail with following content:
"In approximately 1-2 business days, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Your Oracle University Order Has Been Received."
I waited 48 Hours but this second E-Mail never appears. I wrote to the support, he had to raise a ticket for the order team. The average response time for the order team are 3-5 business days.
Whatever i have to wait over 7 Days to receive a payed online product.
I can't put it any other way, but this web shop is one big sh*t show.
