Should i need to resart the WSAD Test Environment(Server), if i change the following,
1. Add new ActionServlet (Struts).
2. Edit an existing ActionServlet (Struts).
3. Changes made to EJB files(Remote, Home & Bean).
4. Change made to Java files under classes root.

Please clarify.
