How Can I monitor the following in WAS 5.1
1.Monitoring the utilization of all pools. For each pool or container in the queing network we can watch the metrics
2.Server Monitor: CPU utilization, I/O
3.Application call flow and response time profile and
4.Thread state execution profile

You should
start PMI and monitor it with TPV.
PMI - Performance Monitoring Infrastructure
TPV - Tivoli Performance Viewer
In Admin console go to Application Servers > server1 >
Performance Monitoring Service
and set High what you want to monitor.
