Can't start IBM WS AdminServer v4.0  RSS feed

I am having problem starting the IBM WS AdminServer v4.0

I get the following error in my Event Log:

The IBM WS AdminServer 4.0 service terminated with service-specific error 10.

My repository is SQL Server 2000 and I have the Microsoft JDBC 2000 Service Pack 3 driver installed.

Is the Database connectivity is there ?

Did the databse ID (schema ID) has proper privileage on the database ?
