Dear all,

I am newbie to Portal which I have a idea to develop by using Portlet and IBM portal server and toolkit. Now, I have installed WSAD 5.1.2 and the IBM Portlet toolkit 5.0.2.3. However, i found that there is no Portal Test Environment provided in the WSAD. What else I should set up in order to run the Portal Application? Where can I find more resource on this topic including programming examples and configuration procedure?

Thank you very much.

Regards,
Joe

When you create a new server do you see an entry stating Websphere Portal 5.0 test server? If so then portal toolkit is installed.
Also when you create a new project select Others, if you can see Portal Application project then you have installed the toolkit.
