I have .kyr and .sth files. No JKS files available.
I need to set up secure connection between my Webpshere and the remote box whose keyrings I have . The connection will be HTTPS connectivity.
Can some tell me what I need to do .Where do I need to set the configurations.
I am using WAS 5.0
On a similar line, If I am using WebSphere portal server is the configuration any different for using portlets.
Also where would I need to configure if I am tying to set it up on a WSAD 5.12 test environment using WAS5.0 test environment or WPS5.0 test environment.

you can export those keys from kyr to jks using ikeyman. The one which comes with IBM HTTP server is capable of it. Good source of information is IBM redbook securing WAS 5.
If you open the box, you will find Heisenberg strangling Shrodenger's cat. And waving this tiny ad:
Java file APIs (DOC, XLS, PDF, and many more)
