Define JVM variables in WSAD

Where should I define the JVM variables in WSAD ?
(In WAS I know it will be in app servers -> Server name-> process definition -> JVM -> Custom Prop)

As I remember there is a Server Perspective and one of the tabs is related to JVM settings.

or you can enable admin console from WSAD server, restart the
test
server and add them in admin console.
