You have to create a JFrame and then add the JPanel to the JFrame then setVisible(true) on only the JFrame.

Why are you repeatedly adding panels to whatever you are adding them to (line 5)?
Are you using a Window or JWindow? Use a JFrame instead.
Always start class names with CapitalLetters. Variable names like aimTrainerB and aimTrainerW are difficult to understand.

The JPanel created on line 18 is never added to any container.  I assume it will disappear shortly after the constructor exits.
