Hi,

What are managed Services ? How to take over the existing running web application as managed services?

Thanks

A managed service is one where someone else manages the service for you. The reason you might want to do that is when a service requires specialized skills and expertise that you don't have in house. Cloud services are sort of like managed services because there are things the cloud provider is responsible for, like site security and availability. Security services can also be managed by third parties. Pretty much anything you would rather not do yourself, you can farm out to someone else.
