First off, I would like to thank you for writing such a useful book: Developer Career Masterplan

Question: Are the topics in the book listed in sorted order of their importance or are they listed in the reading order of sequence?

The topics are not listed in order of importance and they are not linear, but rather they are organized purposely into three parts that are designed to be implemented in a feedback loop with practice as you develop the skills.
