Okay, so I'm trying to complete a Web Services Practical in Netbeans, but for some reason, this Web Service's Design Tab won't load at all. Could you kindly assist me?

I have not yet implemented any code here, but this is how it will look if we add a new webservice to the project. I have also installed all of the Java ee 7 libraries.

This appears to be a bug in NetBeans. I'm sorry, there doesn't appear to be a workaround.
