Hello,

I've been frustratingly trying to check in for the past 30 minutes without any success to pass the Oracle 829 exam. I've been in contact with Oracle's general support in the US and Belgium, and all they do is parrot the same line about visiting the help page – as if I hadn't already done that – or they just ignore me.

I'm stuck with the same infuriating issue as described here: https://coderanch.com/t/763408/certification/checkin-OCP-exam. I also encountered this error message during the Pre-Exam System Check. I even submitted a Support Request 6 days before the exam, but did I get a response? Of course not.

The error message is : "You are not authorized to enroll in that offering."

Now, my exam attempt has expired, and they've slapped a 'No show' on it. Great.

The Oracle website is the slowest, most infuriating website I've ever had the misfortune of using. Why am I even bothering with this test and this company?

Has anyone else been through this recently? I'm using a Macbook Pro M2, all apps closed, tried everything – multiple browsers, Chrome, Firefox...
