We had a 12 hour outage yesterday (Monday United States time). We haven't figured out what happened yet. As far as I can tell, all the cows ran off, the goat chewed on the cables and we ran out of apple barrels .

We've been back up about 24 hours now so it seems stable. Practical jokers put everything back?

According to my logs, there was an outage at 04:00 Monday, but I think I did an OS update/reboot around then, so it might be bogus. The rest of the time, no problems.

I suspect you fell afoul of the AT&T outage, which come to think of it may be why I noticed surprisingly light traffic on Monday.

I wasn't there as much as I generally am, but I'm not on AT&T, and while other services connecting to AT&T were reportedly also affected, reports were much less severe for them.
