Hi Dana,

Congratulations on your upcoming book launch! I’m really looking forward to diving into it. I’d love to take this opportunity to ask a question where I've come across a lot of diverse perspectives:

How do you recommend handling resistance to change, particularly from teams who feel that DevSecOps adds unnecessary burden? What strategies do you find most effective for demonstrating the value of DevSecOps while addressing these concerns?

Thank you, and best of luck with the launch!
