problems while reading msg from IBM MQ series

Hi ALL

my problem is in reading Message from MQSeries which consists of japanese charaters.All these japanese charaters are getting converted into Some special characters after reading from MQQueue. I Have tried using UTF-8.

can any one help me how to acheive this. i am posting my code here.

int msgLength = 0; 
String msgString = null;
MQMessage message = new MQMessage(); 
MQGetMessageOptions gmo = new MQGetMessageOptions();
gmo.options = MQC.MQGMO_SYNCPOINT | MQC.MQGMO_WAIT;
 
queue.get(message, gmo);
 
msgLength = message.getMessageLength();
msgBytes = new byte[msgLength];
myMessage.readFully(msgBytes);
 

now i am constructing string with this msgBytes

 
msgInString = new String(msgBytes);

it does not work so i tried in this way

  msgInString = new String(msgBytes,"UTF-8");
