Hello, I'm running my app within WSAD and want to check the heap size to see what its memory requirements are likely to be. Is there an easy way to do this such as a plugin ? I've looked at the profiler but just need overall heap size rather than looking at individual objects.

Thanks,Al.

You can use the Tivoli Performance Viewer for this. This is a GUI tool that comes with the WAS installation. This link explains more about it.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
