i am seeing following message in system out log in was 6.1
VirtualHost I SRVE0250I: Web Module <null> has been bound to default_host[*:9080,*:80,*:9443,*:5060,*:5061,*:443].
why web module is null ...
any help appreciated .

This is not an error message, nor does it say that the module is null. It's merely an informational message telling you that the current web module has been bound to the default virtual host.
