Websphere deployment problem: war/jar/ear file

Hi everybody

i am trying to deploy a application on the WebSphere Application Server V6.

When i try to add the ear.file, it gives error :

:file may be corrupt or incomplete

can anyone guide me in this regard

any help will be appreciated
