exception while importing ear file

Hi,
When i imported ear file in websphere application server iam getting the following error...i created ear file using command prompt... can anyone help me to correct the following error and to import ear file ...


The EAR file might be corrupt or incomplete.
AppDeploymentException: [null] java.lang.ClassCastException: com.ibm.etools.j2ee.commonarchivecore.impl.ArchiveImpl
