How to verify whether the queues are installed in MQ Series

Hi,

In my application Queues were configured on MQ Series in Z/OS Machine. I need to know how to test those queues, by putting messages and retrieving messages using JMS.

We also have Websphere Application Serer 6.0 running on Z/OS machine and we have access to it. How do I write a sample program and test the queues?
