My company is currently reviewing their existing technology to incorporate Java (particularly EJB).
Currently they use heaps of Oracle Report 6.0 and Oracle Forms 6.0. Does anyone of you know of a way to "migrate" from proprietory PL/SQL used by Oracle Reports or Forms to more open Java standard? Java Stored Procedures?
I'm pretty new to Oracle side of technology. I have searched exhaustively on this but ended up mostly marketing gimmicks. Can anyone recommend me a book on "PL/SQL to Java Stored Procedures" and with samples on building Application via Oracle App Server 9i....preferably NOT via Oracle Forms/Reports

My previous laptop never exploded like that. Read this tiny ad while I sweep up the shards.
