I am using Oracle report server 6i.
Problem is :
If the user at the client side fires a printout for a report through net then
the printout is coming to the printer which is configured to the report server
and not to the client side.
I am passing DesType=Printer through URL.
Would you please let me know how to get printout at the client's machine
printer.
And this is net based application, so i cannot configure all client machine.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten into the reports server yet, but if it is net based, can't the user just click the print button on the browser?

Its ok that I can use the browser print button but there is a problem that it comes along with Header nad Footer with page No and date at the client side.
So just i want to ask whether it cann't be possible that if i fire a URL with DesType=Printer, and print out comes to the client's machine configured printer.
I am using Oracle Report Server 6i.

You may have to use the ORARRP utility to print on the client printer.
