Can anybody tell whether Oracle 9i personal edition for Win 98 has PRO *C precompiler.
Any help is appreciated

According to oracle documentation, pro*c compilers come with the 8i personal edition(for windows 2000/98). I don't see a reason why they should omit that from 9i.
