Let's try this metaphor : you are in your car, under the speed limit, you've not drunk, and a policeman ask you to stop. You think "I am OK" and ... you go on. Would you then be surprised to get troubles ?

And when I stop my car, policeman comes to me and asked whether I was under speed limit ???
And in the end, he told me that its fine even if you go over speed but make sure you dont caught by us.
I think I luv to follow rules because I know it is going to facilitate me not because someone just want me to follow it.
AW all's well that end's well.
