So, herb Slocomb, Im sorry for my overreaction to your posts. You were just providing your comments and I overreacted. I have to learn how to communicate more effectively. So please accept my apology.
Thanks,

Apology accepted since its natural to have such a reaction. I've been unemployed and frustrated about not getting jobs before also so I know a little how it is. But you've also been through a lot more as well since Chicago does not seem like a friendly place for minorities as you described. No hard feelings on my part.

Are you saying that the 1 name considered most black got more than the average of white sounding names? Did the average of black sounding names get more or less interviews than the average of white sounding names? I would really like to see the details of that study. I'll do a search on google, but if you have the link handy, I would love to see it.

Although the study received national attention in all forms of news media and was cited as "proof"d on numerous AOL forums in the following months, not a single news agency would publish my ground breaking analysis showing issues with the study

I would like to thank everyone who has provided information on this unmentionable subject matter.
If anyone else has been a victim of any form of discrimination or reverse discrimination, please share it with us. Please share with us your experience, even if it took place outside of the United States. Please tell us what techniques you employed to overcome your predicament.
