How to make Oracle8.1.7 XA Enabled

HI,
I am making a small application which can handle distributed application.I am using oracle as the database. But when i run my application it says that Xid is not valid..Can anybody guide me how to make oracle XA enabled so that java application has handle distributed transaction on DB instances on this database.

You can XA enable your database go to ut Oracle Home directory...

Ora92/Rdbms/dmin/InitXA.sql
run this script after connecting via sys or system rights.

for RL.Oracle 9i....Onwards.
