Exam #1Z1-147, Oracle9i: Program with PL/SQL

Has anyone passed this exam. I want to pursue 1Z0-007 and then this exam. I havent worked on 9i and even with 8i I dont have great experience in PL/SQL. Is it worth to pass this exam. If so can someone point to me the study resources.
